if you didnt know i think jay-z is the most over rated rapper of all time i didnt say he sucks i just called him overrated because he is. But his business side no one can touch him dong that his hustle cant be touched that shit is no joke you gotta give him his props on that but for his rapping that shit is just overrated plain and simple
