I cant really believe there is a discussion about who was the greatest NBA player of the decade. I know i have some bias over it because the player I'm arguing about is on my home team the Los Angeles Lakers but that should be a non issue lol hahahahaha. well lets start off by who has the must Championships. The Lakers have won 4 NBA titles and reached the Finals 6 times. Kobe was on all of those teams and must people are arguing that Tim Duncan from the Spurs should be the player of the decade. He won 3 titles with the spurs. Now lets go on to playoff games played and Kobe is ranked number 3 behind derck fisher and robert horry both on Lakers championship teams. Kobe Has 147 games played only 2 games from number 1. Duncan is number 7 with 134. He is also number 1 in minutes played with 6,221, Duncan has 5,261 over a Thousand less. The Lakers also have the must playoff wins in the decade with 98, The spurs have won 83. Kobe also has the must points scored in the playoffs with 4,053, Duncan only has 3,143. When you choice who the NBA player of Decade all you have to do is look at the facts!! and you will see the black mamba has the strongest venom of the league!!
